Three months @ SPJIMR!

We completed three months in SPJIMR yesterday and time has just flown by.The line 'Days have been long but months have been short' truly captures the idea.
I started this journey on a high, enthusiastic about meeting new people, making new friends and all excited about an MBA but now in this hustle and bustle of everyday life,I feel that initial enthusiasm is slowly abating. Now each day starts with cribbing for getting up so early and ends with cribbing for the next day's busy schedule.
I have been a hosteler for 4 years but amongst a homogeneous crowd, having same competencies, same view on things etc etc. I came to know what diversity is after coming here, diversity in terms of age, competencies, ideas and the 'ghissupan'.Frankly speaking before coming here, I didn't hold 'people not from top schools' in very high regard. But this perception was blown away in a day or two after coming here.Everyone was talented in a unique way that I wouldn't have even thought of just few days back. There have been numerous such learnings and I am glad I didn't enter the corporate world, so raw and unprepared as I was (still am :)).
On a lighter note in these 3 months, I have met some of the most wonderful people here and have made some awesome friends. Each day has its learnings and the fun element as well.Overall Its been a tough but worthwhile journey till now, hope it becomes smooth and worthwhile soon!
So after writing all this crap, I am making a resolution that I won't crib more than once a day from tomorrow (Common, it is allowed when you wake up at 8).
Some of the notable happenings in this period:
1) Nicknamed 'Daggu' (which I don't approve of).
2) Percentage of girls changed from 5% to 42% in my college.
3) Started bathing daily after coming here.
4) Started wearing formal shirts.
But one thing hasn't changed 'I STILL SLEEP IN CLASS'.
